They find reasons to deduct salary They will define procedures and wait for you to make mistake They abuse and insult ignoring the fact it’s a female employee or male. Management can hardly speak correct English They want to get work done but don’t pay vendors Females are not safe here They have a group and some employee can doanything to be part of the group specially female employees They need more people with less salary No medical insurance Rules are diff for favourites They make sure they make every employee show they are lower standards They can throw u out anytime with any self made reason Hard work not appreciated This company is run by brats who have just become rich Values zero Employee engagement and growth zero Employee exploitation is a fun for them They show off their money Worst company I have ever worked with They feel high when they insult employees coz they think they are gods They will not grow further as they don’t respect anyone...Read More

The company reward the employee which I like the most . The manager are friendly and supportive. Employees don't feel uncomfortable reaching out to reporting manager for queries and suggestion . There is incentive plan along with the perk such as trip abroad and even cars for the top performers . This year a few of our seniors heregot cars as a performance bonus . The good thing is that the management is very transparent. So I know I too can aspire to get big performance perk and if I deliver result I can get it too...Read More

The environment and the culture of Realty makes it a great place to work and that is why we are awarded as the great place to work. Being a real estate organization, the culture here is similar to the corporate world.

There is always a scope of improvement so my only feedback to the organization is to focus a little on the trips for the teams where they can gather outside the office premises and indulge more with the members.
