1. Sudden Termination with no reason and compensation 2. Strict timing else salary deduction 3. Mon to Sat working with late evening or stretch timings 4. No work life balance 5. Management all CEO relatives and friends are running this company and everyone is Boss also showing an image like a very big company like viraj ventures group but it's all fancy nothing in reality

They find reasons to deduct salary They will define procedures and wait for you to make mistake They abuse and insult ignoring the fact it’s a female employee or male. Management can hardly speak correct English They want to get work done but don’t pay vendors Females are not safe here They have a group and some employee can do anything to be part of the group specially female employees They need more people with less salary No medical insurance Rules are diff for favourites They make sure they make every employee show they are lower standards They can throw u out anytime with any self made reason Hard work not appreciated This company is run by brats who have just become rich Values zero Employee engagement and growth zero Employee exploitation is a fun for them They show off their money Worst company I have ever worked with They feel high when they insult employees coz they think they are gods They will not grow further as they don’t respect anyone

...are quiet impressive. This gives me job satisfaction and sense of pride as well. Apart from the salary the perks of being an employee here are great too. I personally, like the food vouchers given by the company to be very valuable (the foodie in me feels like a king because of it.) The company policies allowing us to WFH twice a month as per our needs without any deduction is a sure-shot in job satisfaction. It gives me a perfect work life balance.

Dislikes

The biggest dislike is that I don't have any dislike for the company!!! ha ha ha.. no such dislike at all.

...ompany's nice gesture of the handing out free food vouchers is also commendable. I get job satisfaction here as my take-home salary has improvised over the last quarter. This further motivates me to work harder & deliver on the goals.

I think the food in the canteen should have more diversity.

Overall there is nothing to like about this company. You will learn and experience a lot about real estate.

... want you to provide your own car or bike but they will not provide any parking. You have to pay 80 daily from your salary. 5) No Convenience paid to employee for any official site visit. 6) 9 hrs Shift Fixed and no overtime payment. 7) Manager say 6:30 hai to kya hua 7:30-8 pm se pehle uthne nahi dungi. 8) No Working Environment feels like they are all dead from inside. 9) HOD doesn't know how to behave. If you dont agree to him he straight away says dont come from tomorrow. 10) Feels like they treat employees like dogs. 11) Incentives and Commission never paid on time in sales. Most Important > Company pays you salary but your company expenses will be so high that it feels like you are paying back to the company. For eg. If your salary is around 23k in hand as a fresher from that salary you have to pay 40 for bike and 80 for car parking daily, monthly will be 2000 fixed. Then they will not pay any convenience for official site then add petrol charges also avg will be 8000 per month. Then add your travel expense from home to office and return avg 3k-4k per month. Then add miscellaneous expenses 2k-3k per month. What will you take home 5000 only. How can you survive ? Thats my personal experience, figures used are for explaining only not the actual figures.
