Salary cuts. Bad upper Management. They don't provide you salary slips if you ask for. After resignation they terminate you with any reasons they like as per there will. Even if you want to serve notice period they will not allow as they have to pay you after that. They won't pay you FNF also. You have to punch before 10 am and can only leave after 9:30pm, that too if they want you to leave. They also take signed cheque of your net salary from you at the joining so that if you want to leave they will encash from your account and also gives you warning that they will sue you and also issue legal notice against you so that you won't get job elsewhere.

...me people are unable to perform and later blame and write bad words on review. Check their bank statement where they have received full salaries even on those month where they have not worked for 10-12 days , no deductions done on their salaries And THEY ARE TALKING ABOUT 50%salary . Yes some people are not working with dedication they usually stand outside the site and having tea and cigarettes all the time and when asked for their productivity then they do false update in CRM and caught many times still company did not fired them. These people can’t even do 30-40 calls in entire day, want manager do sales and gave them without any efforts, even they have got the sales from their managers and enjoyed incentive on those sales . In real estate lots of hard work and dedication is required which every one is not able to do and those get failed write bad word here to cover up their failures. One suggestion for the management is that to fire these kind of people immediately and please do not tolerate such unproductive people where they take free Ki salary along with free Ke sale from their managers.'

...alary on 3rd of April and May but I am happy that I have received it in FULL . And there is not even any other month that I received my salary delayed . All salary is on time . Let me blunt to say this that we have not done great business during Covid period but company didn’t touch our payouts -not even single penny . My fellow member have correctly mentioned that deduction on salary are there but due to improper attendance but there is no cut , if you don’t achieve targets . We came on rare Tuesday ( due to project launches ) or on weekly off but My manager Have compensated my off as well . The people who will be thinking that there is no Incentive can come and visit to any of our branch on First Monday and can verify the hefty amount of incentives we get . I must say the liberals managers and we all people only can create atmosphere not the company policies . I am 100% satisfied employee since inception of pune.

1. Salary will be 2-5 of every month. No fixed day. 2. Deduction in salary too much. 3. No incentive at all.. ( Incentive word not applicable here) 4. Every hour reporting ( Harrasment reporting). 10am-11am, 11am-12, 12pm-1pm ....... like this.. 5. Evey hour need to call 25 leads that will be harrasment. Feel like Working in BPO. 6. No weekly off in a month. Need to work 30 days in a month. If you're not work on Tuesday then you'll be fired. 7. To receive offer letter it will take 10 days or more time. 8. HR will never receive your call nor reply to your msg at any condition. Need to give awards for Not responding. 9. Working in this company feels like as working in Hell. 10. If you selected in this company you'll get call that you're shortlisted & they discuss with you about salary n all. Don't expect hike over here.Yes you'll get D-growth in salary . Still you selected then before sending offer letter they reject you bcoz of their mood. ( Here is the incidence One person got selected in all rounds of interview also git call from HR that you're selected n they asked for the documents, so that person shared all documents. He got the xyz package then he got the call from HR/reporting manager & said you'll have the joining in a week so that person resigned from his last company for thinking to work Realty Assistant & after 10-15 days he never got any response from reporting manager / HR. After a 20 days he called from different no & asked about joining then reporting manager said you were not selected) this happens with many guy 11.For each every thing you have to 😭 in this company from offer letter to F&F. 12 While working in this company if you did any small mistake they will deduct salary or they will terminate you. 13. I heard that in FnF they will pay you only 1/4 or 2/4 of amount. Don't dare to ask full amount. 14. They like the process of Hire - Fire. 15. No employee benefits. Not even single. 16 If you want to check you patience then definitely you can join.

Unacceptable Salary Delays: Employees have been working without February’s salary, and this is not the first time. The company has a history of irregular salary disbursal, terminating employees whose incentives are huge and due. The management remains silent & does not care enough since they are always busy partying. Is this how professional organization operates? Threats Instead of Answers: Employees asking about their rightful pay are met with threats of termination. HR has no accountability and functions like a paralysed department only to offer scripted excuses. Work Without Boundaries: Official timing is 9:30 AM, but leaving is considered luxury. Employees are expected to stay indefinitely, sacrificing personal lives while salaries remain unpaid. Selective Spending: Grand events, political networking, and extravagant celebrations continue while employees struggle. How is there money for parties but not for the workforce that keeps this company running? If this reaches the management before HR team getting this deleted then immediate salary disbursement is not a request—it’s a necessity. If not, a large group of unpaid employees might start taking action, exposing the firm before the world, and start negative promotions on your events. If company does care about their employees reputation why should employees care? Fix this before tomorrow or else serious consequences will follow starting Saturday!
