The best thing is incentive policy here where u can earn unlimited incentive. *unlimited incentive earning opportunity *Getting incentive even without getting collection from the developers *Fixed salary policy *Every sales person get 90 days time to perform and deliver along with good leads. *Comp offs if you work for weekoffs. *Received more than 1lac incentive in last 6 months

Nothing is bad about the organisation it is fast growing startup with unlimited potential to grow where some people are unable to perform and later blame and write bad words on review. Check their bank statement where they have received full salaries even on those month where they have not worked for 10-12 days , no deductions done on their salaries And THEY ARE TALKING ABOUT 50%salary . Yes some people are not working with dedication they usually stand outside the site and having tea and cigarettes all the time and when asked for their productivity then they do false update in CRM and caught many times still company did not fired them. These people can’t even do 30-40 calls in entire day, want manager do sales and gave them without any efforts, even they have got the sales from their managers and enjoyed incentive on those sales . In real estate lots of hard work and dedication is required which every one is not able to do and those get failed write bad word here to cover up their failures. One suggestion for the management is that to fire these kind of people immediately and please do not tolerate such unproductive people where they take free Ki salary along with free Ke sale from their managers.'...Read More

No weekly off in a month. Need to work 30 days in a month. If you're not work on Tuesday then you'll be fired. 7. To receive offer letter it will take 10 days or more time. 8. HR will never receive your call nor reply to your msg at any condition. Need to give awards for Not responding. 9. Working in this company feels like as working in Hell. 10. If you selected in this company you'll get call that you're shortlisted & they discuss with you about salary n all. Don't expect hike over here.Yes you'll get D-growth in salary . Still you selected then before sending offer letter they reject you bcoz of their mood. ( Here is the incidence One person got selected in all rounds of interview also git call from HR that you're selected n they asked for the documents, so that person shared all documents. He got the xyz package then he got the call from HR/reporting manager & said you'll have the joining in a week so that person resigned from his last company for thinking to work Realty Assistant & after 10-15 days he never got any response from reporting manager / HR. After a 20 days he called from different no & asked about joining then reporting manager said you were not selected) this happens with many guy 11.For each every thing you have to 😭 in this company from offer letter to F&F. 12 While working in this company if you did any small mistake they will deduct salary or they will terminate you. 13. I heard that in FnF they will pay you only 1/4 or 2/4 of amount. Don't dare to ask full amount. 14. They like the process of Hire - Fire. 15. No employee benefits. Working with Realty Assistant is all about DISLIKES. Why am I saying this I will explain > I was appointed there as an Assistant Manager in Sales. My work is to build and maintain clients and Commercial Dealing. Drawbacks > 1) There is no work culture 2) There are no shift timings you have to come on 9:30am but no leaving time. 3) HOD and Staff members doesn't have manners how to talk with new joinees. 4) They want you to provide your own car or bike but they will not provide any parking. You have to pay 80 daily from your salary. 5) No Convenience paid to employee for any official site visit. 6) 9 hrs Shift Fixed and no overtime payment. 7) Manager say 6:30 hai to kya hua 7:30-8 pm se pehle uthne nahi dungi. 8) No Working Environment feels like they are all dead from inside. 9) HOD doesn't know how to behave. If you dont agree to him he straight away says dont come from tomorrow. 10) Feels like they treat employees like dogs. 11) Incentives and Commission never paid on time in sales. Most Important > Company pays you salary but your company expenses will be so high that it feels like you are paying back to the company. For eg. If your salary is around 23k in hand as a fresher from that salary you have to pay 40 for bike and 80 for car parking daily, monthly will be 2000 fixed. Then they will not pay any convenience for official site then add petrol charges also avg will be 8000 per month. Then add your travel expense from home to office and return avg 3k-4k per month. Then add miscellaneous expenses 2k-3k per month. What will you take home 5000 only. How can you survive ?
