It has good culture, we have lot of Holidays . No salary deduction for leaves, WFH is approved it only a problem if they feel you are lying. It has challenging work, no maintenance work, it pure development. Has hectic work schedule though. overall its good people are co-operative and helpful

Opportunity to learn new technologies Opportunity to connect with Client in very early carrier if you are determined, sky is the limit here. 2 Employees have been made directors in very early phase, how many times you hear this Managers say and behave as Family first and then WORK. so More life and less work

Higher Management is sympathetic to new mothers as they keep getting extended WFH Otherwise, strictly Work from Office Policy. if you are interested in WFH, this is not the company for you.
