Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

REAL TALENTED ENGINEERING is a TVS Turbo limited sub branch located R.K pet near sholingur vellore(Dist) In that company turbine housing was manufactured a different types as like k16, BV43, VC500, W201 and some others I was worked quality department as a pre-final inspection to find out the good job and eliminate manufacturing defect, damage, blow holes, casting defect, and to check manufacture jobs in Tessa guage I got poco yokra badge(Good working person) I was worked at day shift only in that company 8 hrs working, environment is good but there is no accomodation
