This company manager and seniors are awful to worst, On the other hand, the manager & seniors are mentally harassed employees for own profits and goals. But company owners are very humble and helpful. So, my suggestion is not to join the company if you have entered the company so be prepared for mental harassment.

You will get some rest here. No trouble in getting leaves No hardwork at all Easy work No timing issues

Dislikes

Zero growth No increment Boring work Not good for experienced people. You will asked to do same KRA. You will get bored of it within 6 month. There's no any promotion in this entire office. You will be on the same position even after several years.
