My boss is very supportive and helpful. But company working culture is not good enough needs so much improvement like there policies about new joining, training sessions and most importantly job security.

Dislikes

Salary is not on the time. During this lockdown last two months salary is not credited yet. If someone found little wrong about anything they take strict action and decide to fire them.

The company never supported me during Pendemic period.Moreover that dsid not pay my salery and created such atmosphere so that i could left the company.My experience is Terrible.Ido not suggest any one to join such worst company.No Job Security,No work culture,No Management and not at all any policy.It is like groccery shop.

The owners have been very supportive especially during the pandemic. Yes layoffs happened, but that happened even in companies like Infosys, Accenture, etc. We were paid throughout the pandemic and could support our families through it all even without work. The culture is just like family and there's enough opportunity to grow for everyone provided you work for it. If you want to join a company cause of the perks it provides, please join MNCs. Here you'll be rewarded for your work only.

Dislikes

There is too much tolerance for your mistakes which wouldn't be accepted otherwise elsewhere. I think more strictness is required for better efficiency.
