The worst company I ever worked for. There are no work ethics, and the management is very poor. No one is helpful. It's a 10-hour job.

Good company to work with! Rchilli is using various automation tools for Recruitment Solutions and Companies. Work culture was very nice.The entire management is politeful to each and every employee in the organization.The Company is also responsible for providing various policies,appraisals which are benificial to the employees in further career.

Nothing to dislike!! Leave policy has to be changed because only 12 leaves per year apart from national holidays and week-off..
