... of politics: Managers will make sure to keep their favourite employees only. 7. Salary is not given as per the post & market standards! 8. Zero professionalism! 9. No respect! 10. Everytime you will receive a warning with respect to appraisal deduction or they hold your salary, if the work is not done as per their requirement! 11. Lot & lot of trust issues: Directors only trust their managers & none of their employees & this ends up in having no job security! 12. They can fire you at any time, as per their convenience! "Think a lottt before joining this company! If you want to put your life & career at a risk & having no other option (company) left, then only go for it!"

Petrol expense - Guys if you have above 150cc bike I don't recommend to do this job - Their expense structure is very low as compared to others - Tel ka kharcha v nahin niklega - kyu k ap agar 100km ka expense claim.
