Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

... of politics: Managers will make sure to keep their favourite employees only. 7. Salary is not given as per the post & market standards! 8. Zero professionalism! 9. No respect! 10. Everytime you will receive a warning with respect to appraisal deduction or they hold your salary, if the work is not done as per their requirement! 11. Lot & lot of trust issues: Directors only trust their managers & none of their employees & this ends up in having no job security! 12. They can fire you at any time, as per their convenience! "Think a lottt before joining this company! If you want to put your life & career at a risk & having no other option (company) left, then only go for it!"

...of mask In case, social distancing is not being maintained,they are counselled . Those found +ve, even in their locality they are paid full salary for 14 days quarantine period. Those who are suspected and quarantined are put compulsorily in home quarantine and are paid 50% salary. All employees including contract workers are given learnings and updates ,on improving one's immunity, daily by our Safety Officer.
