Over all experience is Not good, They dont provide good salary, NO Work Life banalce, You just have to work as per your team mates. They don't support New joinees. A lot of Internal Politics. No Career growth.

company shift timing is good , staff salary is very good CTC

Dislikes

branch working time is very bad 08:00AM - 10:00PM, incentive calculation, work timing, after exit staff Clearence, working software, EOD timing, Promotion culture and senior management system is very bad and hear politics is very high in senior management.

...agement is transparent There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling.company policies are good appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address out issues.salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2.5 year's before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.
