The worst banking culture. I was appointed in calicut branch and the branch Manager of the branch was the worst person, he is not allow me to attend the online training session, and asking for accounts from the second day of joining he tourchered daily, without giving product knowledge, and the will not helped me to solve my doubts regarding the operations side and product side, the BOM of the branch is not co- operative even the staffs also not supporting,
And am sure that this is the worst place i have worked in my career.. I will not recommend anyone to join in rbl bank
Bad behaviour of Branch Managers to RMPA bank as 0 value in market no business from market you have to source your own friend and family members bank execrations high from ground level RMPA no internal support don’t join this bank only if you want 3 4 month survive then join this bank. No one survive more than 1 year all employees leave within 6 month

Because I am working with covid time with high risk but I am complet 2.6 years but organization is not support salary and promotion also but this organization is not good for me.
...not matter whether you join for sales or operation. They forced you to do sales.The only difference between the profiles is about salary.They hire you for operation profile so CTC will be very low after joining they give you targets more than sales staff. They only hires sales staff in the name of Operations profile.So if you are going to join as Operations then demands package more than sales staff otherwise your joining is worthless.
Salary disparity, there is no standard policy for a minimum exp for a certain grade or pay..
Person with lower experience could be at same grade as you or person at lower than your grade get salary higher than you.
Person with 12 yrs exp working as Senior Manager and 8 yrs as AVP.
All subsidised bank loan are only available after 3 yrs of joining, during my tenor Bank didn’t have personal loan option.
Annual Leaves are very less and not allowed to carry forward
