Depending on vertical that you are working, work culture varies. Benefits like meal pass and add-on health insurance is best in industry.

Salary disparity, there is no standard policy for a minimum exp for a certain grade or pay.. Person with lower experience could be at same grade as you or person at lower than your grade get salary higher than you. Person with 12 yrs exp working as Senior Manager and 8 yrs as AVP. All subsidised bank loan are only available after 3 yrs of joining, during my tenor Bank didn’t have personal loan option. Annual Leaves are very less and not allowed to carry forward

The worst banking culture. I was appointed in calicut branch and the branch Manager of the branch was the worst person, he is not allow me to attend the online training session, and asking for accounts from the second day of joining he tourchered daily, without giving product knowledge, and the will not helped me to solve my doubts regarding the operations side and product side, the BOM of the branch is not co- operative even the staffs also not supporting, And am sure that this is the worst place i have worked in my career.. I will not recommend anyone to join in rbl bank

Internal promotion karunga but salary not increase.

Dislikes

...th karna. Appraisal hota hai july month mai, o bhi 8% O bhi performance depand. Bonus only half salary. Business nahi to appraisal bhi nahi hota. Resign karo sr. Sir pressure hota hai . Business nahi huwa to bank holiday branch open karte hai.
