The thing which everyone would need atleast from an employment is good work, decent salary with recognition and timely professional and personal growth. RBL internal audit team has complete bias ness favouring only 2-3 favourite employee in all terms. It is unpleasant experience being with RBL Bank and wasting time. It spoils rating of employees to favour other employees. I would recommend anyone to avoid joining internal audit team as it lacks the give employee with its basic rights and that is to proof your ability and succeed. The place with high partially.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

...money for his own party . He is an uneducated ill mannered , vision less staff . He over promise his staff for salary and position which is never fulfilled. ABHISHEK Sharma is worst cluster head in all Banks of INDIA . If this bank need growth in Delhi NCR they should throw out all ABHISHEK sharma first of all . BBH Deepak G don’t know anything about retail branch banking he is just useless. Senior management people do EGO fights on national teams calls Bank is slow that’s why they didn’t grow after 82 years of establishment.

1. No Industry parity in pay 2. Toxic work culture 3. No work-life balance 4. Unbearable infrastructure 5. Namesake designations without much impact on earnings.

...e is no automation on basic day to day activities which consume all your time. Pay is too less compared to the market. Managers are not helpful. They dont care about your health or well being. Faced lot of problems during pandemic though I work in corporate office in a role which is neither customer facing nor requires my presence at the office.
