There is nothing a such working with rbl bank I landed here co incidentally.

...ture, no personal life, no empathy for employees. They ask to work on weekend's. They don’t pay proper incentives.

My Manager is so supportive and encouraging and he understands his team mates' sufferings/emotions very much. Work life balance is very good. They only see if you get the work done or not. Not whether you attend office everyday. Senior management is very polite with employees.

Dislikes

I have got a better hike compared to my team mates but I feel overall pay and hike can be much more better.

RBL Bank offered ESOPS as part of compensation to employees which paid off handsomely. I worked with some very good colleagues.

Dislikes

There was no career growth. The appraisal process was a sham. Too much politics for the size of the organization.The worst was incompetent supervisors.

work culture horrible , saturday sunday working, no support from HR , no product training, continuous con call ,no product as per current market , in rural areas bank work with liability products, no lending now a days people go digital but bank ,still forcing to sell debit cards

...ll these things i have convey still they are not doing anything strong for it...we are suffering also salary not increasing after working 24*7 only they need work no salary hike nothing..
