They forced you to do sales.The only difference between the profiles is about salary.They hire you for operation profile so CTC will be very low after joining they give you targets more than sales staff. They only hires sales staff in the name of Operations profile.So if you are going to join as Operations then demands package more than sales staff otherwise your joining is worthless.

work culture horrible , saturday sunday working, no support from HR , no product training, continuous con call ,no product as per current market , in rural areas bank work with liability products, no lending now a days people go digital but bank ,still forcing to sell debit cards

Bad behaviour of Branch Managers to RMPA bank as 0 value in market no business from market you have to source your own friend and family members bank execrations high from ground level RMPA no internal support don’t join this bank only if you want 3 4 month survive then join this bank. No one survive more than 1 year all employees leave within 6 month

1. No Industry parity in pay 2. Toxic work culture 3. No work-life balance 4. Unbearable infrastructure 5. Namesake designations without much impact on earnings.
