Bad behaviour of Branch Managers to RMPA bank as 0 value in market no business from market you have to source your own friend and family members bank execrations high from ground level RMPA no internal support don’t join this bank only if you want 3 4 month survive then join this bank. No one survive more than 1 year all employees leave within 6 month

... also. Because I am working with covid time with high risk but I am complet 2.6 years but organization is not support salary and promotion also but this organization is not good for me.

1. No Industry parity in pay 2. Toxic work culture 3. No work-life balance 4. Unbearable infrastructure 5. Namesake designations without much impact on earnings.
