Career Growth wise is good because 360 degree work I've do and salary and appraisal are also satisfied so overall it is good company.

Company is in growing way hence so many things is going on unprofessional way hope in future it is like a corporate level big company.

I've been with Rays Power infra for 8 years, and it's been a truly rewarding experience. The company has a great work culture. A biggest challenge i've faced at Rays power infra is the lack of clear career progression, despite having worked here for over 8 years, i haven't received much feedback or guidance on how to advance within the company and i find it difficult to see a clear path forward.
