I've been with Rays Power infra for 8 years, and it's been a truly rewarding experience. The company has a great work culture. A biggest challenge i've faced at Rays power infra is the lack of clear career progression, despite having worked here for over 8 years, i haven't received much feedback or guidance on how to advance within the company and i find it difficult to see a clear path forward.
