...re is a huge cafeteria and gym where you hardly spend time because of work load. Salary gets deposited on time every month.

Dislikes

First of all this company is still functioning like how companies used to run during 90’s, the systems are laid back. Waste a lot of paper(4-5K) by printing 4 sets of tech packs every season. They ask us to buy samples from Zara, HnM ets and copy as is, our creativity isn’t appreciated. We have wasted lakhs of money buying samples and accessories and then the samples are just used by the brand head. They waste a lot of time everyday in useless meetings and we had to work long hours to finish our work, there were days we have worked till 3am and even overnight without any financial compensation or comp-off. Have worked most of the weekends. They lack in empathy. But the senior management wastes a lot of money in useless traveling, campaign shoots and sample shopping.

work culture , here people work and enjoy same time. They celebrate all festival and if you are alone they feel alone

because of recent pandemic, saw lots of layoff and salary cut. Still i am in a dilemma what is the criteria of layoff ,because sometime they say company dont have money so they are layoff employee .But at the same time they are spending on some other things which are no important at this time. Some time they say that particular department / position is not needed at this point of time and they are asking employee to leave. But same time some of the employee are saved in same department / position . Dont know why? During salary cut also there where bench mark , different people where given different salary why? and during notice period you where given only basic salary which all the deduction of actual salary . So in that case we are not getting full basic pay. During this condition company should support there employee but here it happened different instead they removed so many people not even thinking what will happen to them and there family. when company need employee to achieve their targets , employee give there 100% . I have seen employee working day and night . But when employee need company they asked employee to leave . very bad work culture. I know boss have lot of pressure from there higher management , but there is a way to treat there subordinate . you cant treat them inhuman behavior . And here even HR wont support you. Before i used to like this company and my boss. But past one year i have seen true color of the company and bosses. Everyone are here to save their job and their loved ones . I have see HR also support their dissension . HR have right to ask BU heads the reason of removing the person and they find its not valid they should not allow but here it doesn't work like that.

... many staffs does a mistakes but not terminated either no warning letter issued. Salary doesn't get delayed. It is India's biggest brand and feel secure to work under it. it was my pleasure to work in this large scale Retail industries. Love to work with an outstanding Environment, supportive Staff.. Company policies are excellent which non other Retail company gives to the Employees.. am very delight to work in Raymonds So Thanks for giving me this opportuinity to work in Raymonds..

We use to have a training on Spring summer and Autumn winter so many Staff 's they don't understand in English when the trainer speaks in English and they get fear when the trainer ask them questions so I feel that if there is a training in South, then the trainer should know other languages like kannada, Tamil and Telegu and they should talk with them and make them understand about FAB in other languages, so that when they go to the floor they need to be very Confident while showing the product so that our ASP(average selling price) will get increase and we should not just satisfy customers we should make every customers Delight.... And also management should hire Candidates for a part-time jobs and give them opportunity to work in Raymonds. working in (SIS)store in store like Shopper stop, Centrals, lifestyle the Store managers or DM, they use to pressurize for our brand staff for no reasons so our management should get involved and sort out the problems.

*Delusion of vision & goals. *Decision Making & Managerial skills are at a toss. *HR are good for nothing Stuff. *Get your CTC discussed as increments worth few more additional penny. *Work parity is severely disbalanced. *Job role discussed at the time of interview get messed up. *Ethical corporate life is joke. *Until you work at Head office Thane all of the above points might imply on you. *Wrote after working for 3.5 years & laid off mid pandemic (Aug 2020) with forced Resignation along with 100s more employees & few penny in hand.

...d Covid to retrench 1000s. Burnt of bad management & decision was birne by many. Top management who works from home is enjoying only 20% cut in package, whereas frontend whose ctc is in the tune of 20-25k per month had to bear 50% cut in salary.
