Since kochi is my home town the only advantage is that i can stay home.

...emly low without any resonable increament ( last increment was in the year 2016. Another unheard practice followed my the management is holding some major components of the salary like LTA and leave encashment since 2015 ...Also the remaining available peanuts( salary) are paid in installment ..One of the major reason ppl get trapped in here is the lack of oppertunity localy .. Bottom line is its a worthy place for employees with eperience upto 2- 3 yrs experience since this is one of the best training ground for tool room related people where u will get max exposure ... But any plan to continue more than 3 year in Ray-Hans is a suicide...

New management is very bad, killing the company. Huge debt. No salary. Leave encashment for more than 30 days not paid after years. Pf contribution not paying by simply fooling epfo and Indian companies acts. However company following tyco system, German touch makes the company unique.

No on time salary. No increment after lots of tools done.

...re and suportive uplifting teammates. The current managemt is poor for freshers. salary hike is not in every year.

... like here work culture, management have three types of partiality to employees. Union employees have salary is very high and they give overtime amount also,the second stage company management staffs they also give good salary. Third step is non permanent staffs, they are hard workers , management know about that..they didn't get increment past 6 years

I have dedication to all kind of work, but this company has spoiled me and other mostly employees dedication, quality is not good of all projects

Being an old German MNC (TE Connectivity), the company has the best in class procedures and systems in place . The work is standardized and properly defined- you have to just do it. Good work life balance guaranteed.

Dislikes

Some people have too much free time- they spread negativity and rumors which may upset you. The MD of the group is an old styled boss, can create headache sometimes (Luckily he visits rarely).
