They have hire and fire policy,no define KPi, they throw employees from one stream to other without prior notice managers are rigid ,HR not responsive, pathetic company to work with

Likes

Rayden is a good growing startup which needs to define and design company policies in an organized manner perfectly. They have been quite supportive during panademic and infact still hiring. For the technical guys it's a bit tough to utilize quality and skills you have within the organisation. It would be good if they get more of technical projects coming their way . opportunities are less if you want to grow your technical learnings but if you want to understand the business and like to work in a transparent environment where you can reach out the CEO easily then Rayden is a palce for you. If at all we can get some good technical work and projects then it would soon be amongst top growing startups. Currently it is not sure how things would proceed here.

Dislikes

Not much technologies to work with, no technical projects,less employee friendly facilities like reimbursement,health insurance,desk setup at home etc are missing.

Likes

Learning experience, work-life balance is good. Design-oriented approach.

Dislikes

it is a small place to start with, Won't recommend working there for more than 2 years. Growth is slow since its a small scale studio.
