Food amd accommodation provided was very nice.

Dislikes

Salary was delayed at times. Promotion was possible only in case of senior going missing. You would be promoted but no salary. You do good or bad, same salary. No incentive No proper work role mentioned. Just be a typist.

Working environment, culture are good. Supportive teammates.

Dislikes

Too much politics in operation level. Also management is not transparent. Company policy are not good, no appraisal, no salary hike and no bonus. No career growth. No training provided by new commers.

When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
