Working environment, culture are good. Supportive teammates.

Dislikes

Too much politics in operation level. Also management is not transparent. Company policy are not good, no appraisal, no salary hike and no bonus. No career growth. No training provided by new commers.

Food amd accommodation provided was very nice.

Dislikes

Salary was delayed at times. Promotion was possible only in case of senior going missing. You would be promoted but no salary. You do good or bad, same salary. No incentive No proper work role mentioned. Just be a typist.
