In lock down, we have utilise the available time for learning and skills development. Thermax have ensured us that no one is going to loose his/her job on account of COVID- 19

Dislikes

Thermax is given job security and work satisfaction but on other hand salary growth is extremely low especially for individual contributors.

Dislikes

Quite a lot of politics with higher management. Slow growth in terms of salary and hierarchy. Poor planning and management right from sales, Engineer till dispatch.

Average work environment and cluture. There is large cafeteria. Company polocies average and they give average Salary hike and Bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and managment dosen't address our issues. Salary and career growth is slow.
