Now, I’ve been shortlisted for the Product Designer role and have learned from some sources that their maximum budget is 14 LPA. How should I approach the negotiation? Likes are very less we thought to apply our thoughts but it's not happening there

Dislikes

Main drawback is HR Manager only keep focusing on his local language people i.e Tamil, it's not good in working environment if we tried to implement anything they don't bother and not even take till management

Company is very good and the MD are very supportive to the team

Dislikes

Should have some HR policy where the team can get more benefits likes insurance, annual leave policy (sick leave & casual leave), They should have a well mannered manager for sales team because of his behaviour the old team has already left the job and the same has been already informed to mangement but no use of doing it. Hope they take some necessary action and slove the problem for their current employees atleast.
