Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

Do not join this company,no any job security at time of joining they will give fake commitments after joining and end of probation period they will deduct your salary as the director wants no any management system of this company only 1 person running environment.no any proper staff available for back office, unnecessary time delay of every work and if you will try to improve your salary will deduct against it . dictator system please do not join

Just m writing this Because the company had no respect of employees They just releive them quickly withot giving grace period The H.O manager admin are very poor behaiviour If any one want to work with them please ensure that their job are safe or not I just expirianced the bad very bad
