Dislikes

Should avoid the traditional backbiting among employees at workplace by the directors. Be heard in personal before sacking any employee. Fluttering be avoided if organisation like to achieve highest target. A good manager is who invites arguments from the staff and give serious thought to wise arguments / suggestions. Company takes every care of its employees for providing facilities i.e. transport, training , cafeteria, health insurance, gym , hostel facilities and many more.
