...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Policy & Culture of Company is pathetic,Not employee friendly.They only treat employee badly when you highlight any basic facilities.Ownership culture not corporate working culture.

Please gave more offers and discounts and deal with B To B business and get more profit and sale the better quality at low price because in bangalore we have more poor people see only low price.but i now about our company is best quality products.we have to grow in bangalore. One requesting Please don't close the malleshwaram store wait and see how the sale is increasing monthly🙏🙏🙏 thank you sir

Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
