There is nothing to like about this company as my 1st job , terrible work experience, management torcher you mentally even after you are giving your 100% in work.

...level politics Bo credit or appreciation for your good work No worklife balance Salary will never credited to your account on time. Humiliation. No proper work system Super insecure co.and staffs.

Learning good experience from Company MD they both are very hardworkers and intelligent

Growth is slow and the work load is very high plus increment and incentive not regular paid in time event salary is not paid in time

Overall every thing is is fine but salary for purchase manager,which working for more than a 25 years ,having salary 25,500 approx.

Every thing especially job security. On 31st at 07:00pm suddenly you came to know that company fired you without any reason and you are job less on next day. It happens to most of all employees.
