that experience is far better to me because there is no job security but for me this is not the future campany, i only want to take technical knowledge in the field of scada , plc programming, panel controlling like field. i am vey helpful to campany that teach me a lot of things about that all.

internal politics, no job security, no bonus money , no safety requirement, no aids etc

This company is covered large area in work palace. Some staff support in work area. It make different type of tors whose is high quality & branded name in national level.

Dislikes

I am not shown my work performance in here because management surrounded by some bad/politics senior staff. No extra learning in their. Same work all time.

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
