Rathi hydro is a growing group today, there are a lot of things to built you definitely. There are positive approach to explain your knowledge. In future Rathi Hydro being a brand.

Management doesnot address our issues and there is too much legpulling in the company even fresher cannot survive there because everyone is there legpulling to eachother. And company can be terminate you anytime there is a no policy for staff worker. Only those can ratout they can survive there .

The location of site is very remote area that's why the accommodation and works satisfaction is very importantant to. In the company work satisfaction is good 👍 but if we talk about accommodation and workers food is not best.
