Its been 10 years now to work for ADANI. How time elapsed, seriously didn't even know..

There is not uniformity in the pay structure what I have contributed till time is not unnoticeable due to the higher management purview. Bla...Bla.....

Adani Group is having a value which they maintain and timely salary credit and appraisal as well.

Specific Solar sector is facing issue because of some internal management., So called selfishness, egotism, deprived from opportunity due to being insecure.

Good company for senior employees only.

...ure is not good. Zero planning work place. Partiallity with employees is seen. Great difference between salary of employees at same level, junior & senior also. No trust, no transparency . Useless policies made by someone to save his own job.

...ou , and nobody interferes in your work or stop you from doing excellent things. Salary is fair as per market standards.

Dislikes

Location is so much outside, no work life balance and getting leaves on time is very difficult, worst culture, nobody thinks about employees and their problems. Food is worst in canteen.

One of the best company in the sector. There is a great learning opportunity for anyone who is interested in the core sector. Learning comes with the time you spend on the field with workers and field engineers. I f you are interested in the field then the job comes with immense satisfaction as you have a chance to see practical application of things you learn in college.

...azardous nature. Post resignation, company policies are not employee friendly. Pay scale is less.
