Flexible timings, salary on time

Dislikes

No on job training, you just get the work and asked to do it all by yourself, workload, no job security, they can fire you anytime depending on their business needs, my worst company ever, they never ever think about their employees. All matters for them is their business. Join this company on your own risk. The positive ratings are almost fake here. They claim themselves to be the great place to work… no… its the worst place to work…

Times are demanding and so is the job, overall happy with the same but would love to have more balanced approach towards everyone avoiding favouritism/timely appraisals for everyone(those who miss out the boat too) etc.

...time without a single day delay and paying out incentives and bonuses in full. Also salary cuts are coming back to normal earlier than expected and furloughed employees are being called back earlier than expected. All in all RateGain has done its best for the employees and ensured smooth operations without any big hick-ups. Great management during crisis times.
