People are good and friendly. It will be a great oppurtunity for freshers. Salary growth will be according to our performance, what I felt is they are offering very less amount for huge work. When I was working there were politics going on, if someone is growing then automatically politics starts. My overall opinion is satisfactory.

... foundation of our career , this platform is great opportunity for the freshers. This company didn't skip any person salary and giving increments based on their performances only . And I got an increment before completed one year. I hardly says that if u willing prove your capabilities and you have a honesty nd patience, for those people this help you a lot. The management give a emotions support to all employees and mainly they give individual respect to all.

Office environment & Team leaders are very friendly and very good trainers.

Timings are not what they tell you. Actual tings are 9am to 6pm but everyone should work for extra hours everyday and not over time pay will be given, some time you have to stay even till 1'o clock in the night, doesnt matter how you'll reach your home, and they will ask you to sleep on the computer tables for that night and even if you stay for the night no food will be given.
