All people there jealous to everyone like that is not place for work that is place for only jealousy because the secretary is very low thing man and cheap he always doing wrong things with girl and the lady who is the MD wife he always change the staff she thing all girls doing wrong in rashtriya gramin jan vikas yojna and they not doing anything for poor people they only fill they own account so dnt do job here otherwise when u r grow in this ngo then they fire you by mistake i type in like working so be aware
