The senior management at Rashmi exhibits the worst behavior I have ever witnessed. Salaries are never paid on time. There is absolutely no job security. The company lacks a proper work culture. Employee skills are neither valued nor developed. Before joining Rashmi, I strongly advise you to think two or three times. In simple terms, only those employees can survive here who are willing to blindly obey senior management and tolerate humiliation.

...ronment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics. Company doesn't provided other faculty like accommodation transpotation. Fooding quality is not good in canteen.

Nothing to like about the company. It is run by fraudsters.

Salary on the 22nd of each month, deduction from salary according to the whim and fancy of management, CHR and his team are bunch of idiots, they don't have reply to any of your queries. Company decisions are taken by one lady who doesn't have any qualification and capability to even manage the job of a peon but is a favourite of the top management, therefore company is fast digging its own grave. If anyone wants to spoil his career, please try this company.

Nothing is good at this company,third class teammate's,no training is provided,job security is zero,no career growth,worst salary status,no got salary on time,they treat employees aa a home servent,working environment is very very bad,nothing for innovation here,work life balance is worst as u have no time for your own family or friend.After joining here you have to work for boss house like home servant.when you will leave the job you will not get your spending salary or Fnf.

Good work environment and culture. Our every emplyee are very helpful and suppotivre. Whole management is transparent. They gave us good salary hike and bonus every year.
