overall this company is good for beginner to just start your career.if u got basic knowledge of electrical related,then definitely will gone and learn much & much knowledge,Because all employ are skilled and having good knowledge of your field. It is a panel Manufacturing company which located in Ghazibad,Kavinagar since more than 20 years,which done lots of project of HPCL,BPCL & Other Private Companies. Nice Company!

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
