Company is good but the slow growth and the salary structure is not upto for those who are seeking for a growth in retail industry with a degree and skills also.

I am very much impressed with the growth of the brand. But just one thing i would like to say that they must take care of their staff because only because of them the company will grow.

... give any notice before asking me to leave. Neither they give severance nor FnF. Also to note their HR say salary will get credit on 7th of every month but it's late every month. Culture is shit there. HO is in Gujarat so there won't be any connection from there end and they will wake up after couple months and say you didn't do your job of contacting us. And when you call the management they won't answer. It's really pathetic to work for.

There is nothing to like here ...no job security,even they don't clear before joining the company anything like your have to perfomance in particular target and all...

Company management team they dont have any criteria to fixed the problem what employee face..no job security they can fire u any time without any reason.. even won't help for anything
