There is no Proper toilet facilities available in corporate office there is standing toilet only available for male , they are booking cheap rooms for employees in training period , and also they are not provided Travel Allowance

Good for nothing. Those who loves to roam in bike, will love this job.

Dislikes

You should've talent to sell by digging a corpse. Too much work pressure. No week off and no incentives. Their goal is to sell product and our goal is to fulfill theirs. You should be ready all the time. Appointments may come at any minute . They dont have proper planning. Makes ase to travel to long distance.

Working in RAPTOR TECHNOLOGIES is a worst experience for anyone aspiring for career growth. The management themselves are unaware of proper staffing for suitable posts. Recruitment happens every day like wise attrition also happens ever day. No job security,no ESI/PF. No proper work ethics. MD behaves insane and cant guess when/which staff is thrown out for the day. In short RAPTOR IS A WRONG PLACE FOR RIGHT CANDIDATE.

It helps me to learn the new techniques and methods in Education field and also it helps to know how to learn some new things.

Dislikes

No proper appraisal for hard workers, lots of politics inside the office, no proper maintenance necessary needs for employees, no other extra benefits and leave policies, no proper respect for the designation, taking value assets of our talent and creativity then sent out after their work done.
