...ne LCMS-MS now 30 to 32 LCMS not a joke. Supportive staff(junior and Seniors ). Salary and increment also good. Infact now in raptim work is more satisfied.

One can get experience of all activities in CT/ phase studies, rather then other CROs where you maybe assigned to a specific task

So much bad experience.. because their staff is so much bad...work culture is so much bad and no flexibility..(Specially Arun lendave is bad person)... their is no log out timing... please consider my note.. because I have suffering on bad experience..

Raptim provide good environment for his employees, take care about corona is take daily body temperature, oxygen level, sanitize every entrance, giving immune booster treatment/tablet every month, providing clothe mask, Dr. Shield and so on as on requirement of employees Raptim providing that. Transferant all departments to each other, no partiality in behavior, Raptim provide traveling policy for all employees, HR also transparent in culture, Raptim gives everyone Bonus in one year except including there CTC and so on..... Not explain at all, Good organization for personal growth ,,,,,,and so on.................

After completion of one year kindly provide the increments as employee easily servive there life style and family requirement in metro city like mumbai like at least 2.6 and above.
