Salary is on time

Dislikes

1) Extremely toxic work environment ( CICO Department ) that hinders creativity and productivity. 2) Management is heavily focused on micromanaging every small detail and employee. 3) No room for personal initiative or professional growth. 4) Company culture is plagued by favoritism. 5) Managers take personal grudges against employees, leading to unfair treatment. 6) No support for career development. 7) Communication from managers is poor and always inconsistent. 8) High stress levels, lack of support, and no clear direction make this one of the worst places to work. 9) Specially be aware of blue shirt guy.

Nothing to like about rapipay except they pay salary on time.

1. Micro Management 2. Favouritism 3. Poor work environment 4. Unethical Practices 5. Uncertain layoffs and they don’t plan anything whenever in need they hire people and fire when not in need. 6. Upper management is so biased they just want people who become their puppet.

...ultiple roles within the team, from HR to finance to business analyst to CTO. 8. When you make any mistakes, he issues warnings, threatening to stop your salary. He's a coward who believes that if he makes any mistakes, his own salary will be halted 😂. 9. Despite his claims of being a Java architect, his own code never runs smoothly in production, it always breaks. Yet, he still insists that he is a natural-born Java developer, or rather, a Java architect. 10. Once you join the CICO team, you'll quickly become familiar with the rest of the things. Identifying this person in the office is straightforward, he wears the same outfit every day of the week with blue shirt, grey pant and shabby shoes.

...very where only employees travel, even they doesn’t know how to lead the team. I have left my previous job as a assistant manager for this company Rapipay I joined as a executive that was my very big mistake my friends were suggesting don’t join because the company’s feedback is very bad but I joined I left my good job but after 2 months they removed 240 employees. Without any notice they did not pay any amount. Think about it there was so many peoples who leaves with the family they left job now they all are suffering because very less opportunities are in market at least company should have informed 7 week before. Very bad politics are there I have very bad experience I will never suggest any one to join this company very bad
