- I should've taken the negative reviews more seriously before joining
- no training, no induction
- office politics. worse if you have a manager who pretends to know everything and who'll take credit for your work and wouldn't hesitate to throw you under the bus
- reporting manager will tell you to do one thing and management will say something different. no co-ordination between the two. very exhausting
- flexibile work timinings ( manager will hit you up any time)
- no job security. firing without any notice
- constant threat from top management
- you get 1 earn leave per month which is then accumulated ( leaves for the entire year not allocated at once)
ps. I was hired for my experience but was told what to do every steps of the way by managers and top managements. when the outcome was not what they wanted, i was the one to be blamed .
- No training ... if you some thing then it will be used by the company . No investment for learning
- Job security is minimum. Seen people getting fired up without my approval (me being the manager)
- You have to work like horse . I being very senior the company had to slog a lot .
- seing above thing you can understand , how much i like the company
If someone is very determined to screw up their career, kindly consider Rapidflow Apps. They will do the honors. Completely unprofessional bunch of people. This company is just run by a couple of people, who treat employees as tissue papers. They will use you and throw you out. They will throw you out anytime and one should be prepared for it. If an employee voluntarily quits, they will make sure to make his life hell. He/she will lose his/her peace of mind. They harass you mentally. Never ever fall into this trap. In the modern world you can even call this a scam.
Management, work environment, politics, appraisal, job security etc. The list would go on and on.

We have to work 24/7. They wont give a designation after probation period and they will extend the probation for which is actually 6 months. You have to work on weekend there wont be any comp off's or OT's
