Working at RAO Information Technology has been an amazing experience for me. I have learned a lot. Came out of my comfort zone and explored new stuff while contributing as a Content writer and digital marketer at RAO IT. The company has: - Great work culture - Positive-minded leaders - Co-operative managers - Flexible schedules - WFH opportunities when needed and much more! I will definitely recommend candidates to try working at RAO if you get a chance!

I honestly do not have any disadvantages to mention. Every candidate and company have to work out and find ways to avoid errors and problems! And fortunately, I have been successful to do so with Rao IT.

It had been a great experience to work with the Rao Information Technology team. The work culture & working style is too different and amazing compared to other companies. The way management team keeps the entire team on the same page & streamlined so that no one faces any difficulties. They take care of their team members just like a family does. I'm grateful to the whole team for their support, guidance, memories and unforgettable work experience. All the best to the entire Rao Information Technology team for their future goals.

Our company is open to innovation. We really find ways to connect different technologies to provide customers with seamless integrations, be it with their existing software technologies or building something totally new for them. I really like the simple company goal, 5 star customer experience. This allows me as a part of the team to really build reliable and high quality products with the latest technologies out there and see it help make our customers succeed. I also like the fact that I get to meet really great people and discuss different perspectives of solution architecture.

Working here is like an opportunity for multiple things like future growth, learning new technology, sharpening your talent, etc. Work culture is amazing. The team members support and guide you for every task or work you are working at. Management is too transparent and takes care of individual members and listens to every need and requirement. Appreciates the team for their work and contribution. The company is growing at a high speed. So happy to be a part of Rao Information Technology.

The culture at Rao Information Technology is by far the greatest asset. You can tell that they truly care about the happiness of their employees. It's a really relaxed and calm environment, even though the work we do can be fast paced. I don't dread coming into work on Monday mornings and the managers are extremely patient and understanding. - Flexible work schedule - Supportive team & managers - Employee development plans - Sponsered certification benifit to help you to develop your skills & gain growth - Fun loving environment - Work-life balance & so forth.
