- Not so toxic culture. - No office politics - Everyone is supportive

  • Skill development - Good

Dislikes

- Salary's can be improved, and should provide incentives when someone put extra efforts to delivery something. Even appraisals are not good. Like too much workload and too much giving are time to company, it should compensate well - There is employee appreciation, but it can be improved. Like if employee is spending maximum time in the company (9-6) the company should plan for trips, gifts, lunches, bonuses, etc for employees. Many competitors are doing, so expecting thing doesn't feel wrong.

Confused about Salary negotiations
CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?
