...run with cooperation with each other..we can learn basic things about industry..we get salary at allocated date&time.. we get compensation if we had work extra an hours

Less skill we will develop.. management focus only on production. They doesn't care about employees skills,strength.. We can't develope here skills, confidence,ability to handle critical situation,etc.. In my choice don't prefer to any one in this branch..but this is MNC company.. Overall waste management..

...g good.the higher position employees are always talk rudely. Unclean atmosphere. Salary is very less.

I liked to our company rules and regulations and safety frequency is also good and learning is very good. I have to learn more than .

I am unsatisfied for salary and not required to promotion is hurt for good experience people.

This company not for Skill development & learning. No career growth. They don't give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Induvidual Growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to stay more time in a day as I have to attend all the issues.
