Only use for diploma candidates loading and unloading the components.there is mass production . In mark after completing appreciate the not able to work in properly they don't know how write basic of 2D program and how to take off sets.but beginnes to best to way to get some basic knowledge.

We know about industry.. how the industry run with cooperation with each other..we can learn basic things about industry..we get salary at allocated date&time.. we get compensation if we had work extra an hours

Less skill we will develop.. management focus only on production. They doesn't care about employees skills,strength.. We can't develope here skills, confidence,ability to handle critical situation,etc.. In my choice don't prefer to any one in this branch..but this is MNC company.. Overall waste management..
