Work from Home. Previously salary was good but now they are not paying as expected salary reduced.

Dislikes

Flexible work hours no work life balance, they make you work on tool which needs active time if your active time is wrongly calculated by Software you have to work extra. TLs force you to work on weekends.

Dislikes

No job security n nt great with increament or bonus... No diwali or any kind of gift which we normally we get in any company... I really loved the place bt when there is no job security after working hard it is not worth anything really...
