Work from Home. Previously salary was good but now they are not paying as expected salary reduced.

Dislikes

Flexible work hours no work life balance, they make you work on tool which needs active time if your active time is wrongly calculated by Software you have to work extra. TLs force you to work on weekends.

The work model is terrible for all be that freshers or experienced. There is no relevant growth or salary hikes. Management takes a lot of time to acknowledge or even respond to employee quieres. Randstad builds clients for brand name and reputation. Rest assured there are no benifits apart from the basic medical insurance that the company provides. Everything else below par. There is no efforts to import in terms of employment engagement and growth.

...fice hours they’ll wake you up from sleep and make you work Freshers don’t fall in this trap for remote opportunity and low salary job way better jobs are there outside than this .

They make you work even without releasing offer letters they’ll be adding you into production works If you leave company before 1 month they’ll treat you as absconding irrespective of reasons

WFH and Flexible Work Time

Dislikes

-There is no growth, no salary increment, no promotions, no bonus. I got no increment for 2.5 years. -It is a target-based job with micro-management. -You are the lowest person on this Payroll basis job. Your feedback does not matter. Issues are well listened to, acknowledged, and ignored. -You have to use your own WFH setup. They won't provide a single rupee for it. I and my teammates spent thousands on better equipment in order to achieve their timely increasing targets. A good ergonomic chair will cost you a one-month salary😁, and they provide nothing but 17k per year for only the next 3 years. -Extremely low salary, even when having own WFH setup, competitive targets, and 7-8 hours of active time. -This job is only for those who have no choice. If you find a better opportunity, do not hesitate to leave without wasting any time.

While working with them it is totally fine to work from home. We can have good time with our family.

Dislikes

While working with randstad, we are not getting any hike on salary also not getting proper leaves. There is no security of our job
